Part of the larger serial work, "Technological Whorism" Ser. 1

I drew the original of this around 5 years ago to be placed as an insert. The original was just an ink drawing that was adhered to poster-sized abstract piece of mixed media art that was later stolen from me. Luckily I have several photographs of it saved to my laptop and I'm working now to recreate it.

I haven't drawn on the comic in a while still. I can't seem in amongst all the stress of the economic crisis and our own financial crisis to put the pencil to paper on it. Back in the day when I came to my wits end the way I recovered was to work on abstract art - to free my mind from holdings if you will. I've been doing abstract longer than I've been even doing comics. It's probably my first passion. Surreal and abstract and the just plain weird. So we end up here.

So in a desperate attempt to get my arting mind back from the sadness, the hateful cruel world I'm letting it go - if that makes any sense.

I'll make sure to take lots of pictures.
